By purchasing from VoWaves, you agree to the terms below in full.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Once that window closes, your order is in processing and cannot be changed or canceled for any reason.


Refunds & Replacements

We only issue refunds or replacements if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. All other circumstances — including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or failure to read the product description — do not qualify.

If your order qualifies, contact support@modern-waves.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Missing any of these will result in denial. What remedy is offered (refund or replacement) is determined solely at our discretion.


Omnicut™ Cutting Tools

All Omnicut™ products are non-returnable and non-refundable, no exceptions. Due to safety and sanitary regulations, we cannot accept returns on any cutting tool once it leaves our facility.


Subscriptions

Subscription orders bill automatically on your scheduled date. Once processed, no refund will be issued for any reason — including forgetting to cancel or being unaware of the renewal.

Cancellations must be completed through your account portal before your next billing date. Emailing support does not cancel your subscription. Only a system-generated cancellation confirmation from the portal is a valid cancellation. You are solely responsible for managing your subscription.


Customer Errors

VoWaves is not responsible for errors made at checkout, including wrong address, wrong product, or wrong size. An order confirmation is sent immediately upon purchase — you are responsible for reviewing it and catching any errors within the 3-hour cancellation window.


Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating any chargeback or third-party claim, you must contact support@modern-waves.com and allow 5 business days for resolution. Chargebacks filed without prior communication will be contested using all available documentation, including order records, delivery confirmation, subscription enrollment data, and communication logs.


All other purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
